Copyright notices (DMCA)
Our commitment
We respect the work of creators and rights holders, and we follow the notice-and-takedown process of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). This policy covers the text, images and other material published on iptvore.net, the only official IPTVORE website. When a valid notice shows that something here infringes a copyright, we take it down.

What a notice must include
The law asks for six things. A notice that has all of them lets us act quickly.
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If there are several, a representative list is enough.
- The material on iptvore.net that you believe infringes it, with the exact web address of each page so we can find it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
How to send it
Email your notice to dmca@iptvore.net with “DMCA notice” in the subject line. Put the web addresses in the email itself rather than in an attachment, so nothing gets lost on the way.
What happens next
We reply to every notice within 3 business days. If something is missing, our reply says what. When a notice is complete and the material is on iptvore.net, we remove it or disable access to it, and we tell you once that is done.
Before you send a notice
Please make sure the material really uses your work without permission. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing can be held liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. If you are unsure whether your rights apply, a lawyer can tell you.
Other websites
IPTVORE has one official website, iptvore.net. If you find our name or logo on another site, we don’t run it, and a notice about its content belongs with whoever does. We would still like to hear about it at the same address.
